Approximate size: 11” high x 18.5” wide x 6” deep. This bag is wider and lower than the others because I wanted to use the entire width of the tapestry in order to show both dragons on either side of the globe.
I’ve had a few people at markets tell me that they find these dragons to be a bit scary. While flattered that they evoked this emotion, I actually painted the dragons on this tapestry to be representations of our protectors, at a time when I feel like we could use a dragon (or two) watching over us. The entire theme of this painting is hope, strength, and resilience. Explore the lands depicted, and you’ll find many scenes of rebirth, friendship, sanctuary, and love.
Exterior is linen/cotton canvas. Interior is heavyweight natural 12oz cotton canvas to add structure and strength.
One interior pocket.
Two cotton canvas straps - approx 1.5” wide by 26” long. Long enough to wear over shoulder.
When not wearing your bag, hang it on the back of a door, or on a beautiful old hook on your wall. I like to think of these as paintings that we can take on adventures with us.
